Steps to configure your PBX after activation

Once your invitation email arrives, follow these steps to fully set up your PBX

Sign in with the admin account — using the link in your email
Set a strong password — on the account settings page
Add internal extensions for each employee — from the users section
Connect devices or apps — by scanning a QR code or entering SIP credentials manually
Build the IVR auto-attendant menu — upload the voice recording and map the keypad options
Create a customer service queue — assign agents and a distribution strategy
