This Privacy Policy explains how the Atheer cloud PBX and call centre platform handles the data you provide to us, and the data generated while you use the Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your data fairly, transparently and securely.
By using the Atheer website or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of your organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept this Policy on its behalf.
We collect the minimum data necessary to run the Service effectively:
We never ask you to enter your card details on our website, and we never store card numbers (see Payment and billing).
Recordings of calls made through your PBX belong to your organisation and remain your property. We store them securely on your behalf for the retention period set by your plan, and we access their content only when you request technical support, and only to the extent needed to resolve the issue.
You are responsible for notifying callers that the call may be recorded where required, and for using recordings in compliance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Payments are processed through Paymob, a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Card details are entered directly on the provider’s secure payment page; they never pass through Atheer’s servers and are never stored by us. We retain only the invoice record (plan, amount, date and payment status) for accounting and support.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We may share a minimum of data only with:
All our service providers are bound to process the data confidentially and only for the specified purpose.
Although we take appropriate protective measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be 100% secure, and we work continuously to strengthen our security practices.
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Call recordings are subject to the retention period set by your plan. Once the data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Our website uses essential cookies needed to run your session and remember your preferences. We do not rely on advertising trackers. You can control cookies from your browser settings, noting that disabling some of them may affect how parts of the site work.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to keep pace with developments in our Service or with legal requirements. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date; the change takes effect from the date of publication.
For any question about privacy or your data, we would be glad to hear from you:
